Tabla: 3 Beispiele (Examples) Tablaklänge, rechte Hand (right hand), 1: Sitzen Sie mit gekreuzten Beinen hinter den Trommeln. Die rechte Trommel sollte leicht nach vorn geneigt sein. Sitzen Sie mit geradem Rücken, die Arme entspannt und in einer geraden Linie vom Ellbogen bis zum Mittelfinger. (Sit with crossed legs behind the drums. The right drum should bend slightly forward. Sit with straight back, arms relaxed and in straight line from ellbow to middle finger.) Angeschlagen wird mit der Hand oder mit einzelnen Fingern. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Methoden des Anschlags. Den Mittelfinger hält man gestreckt über Syahi. Der Zeigefinger schlägt gestreckt und gegen links auf Chanti. Den Daumen hält man nahe an den Zeigefinger, eine Stellung, die für alle Klänge gilt.
